Refund Policy

All donations made to Digital Frontier Foundation are considered final and non-refundable. As a nonprofit organization, we rely on the generosity of our supporters to carry out our mission. Once a donation has been processed, we do not issue refunds, except in the rare case of:
- Duplicate transactions due to a technical error
- Unauthorized or fraudulent donation
If you believe you made a donation in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with proof of payment and an explanation.

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction.
  • Only eligible transactions will be considered for a refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days.
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel any service, please follow these guidelines:

  • Cancellations by Attendees: You may cancel your registration up to 48 hours before the event for a full refund (if payment was involved).
  • No-shows or late cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Cancellations by Digital Frontier Foundation: If we cancel or postpone an event, all paid registrants will be offered the option of a full refund or the opportunity to attend the rescheduled event.

Exceptions

Refunds or cancellations may not be applicable under the following circumstances:

  • If the service has already been fully utilized.
  • If the user violates our Terms & Conditions.
  • If the request is made beyond the specified time frame.
