All donations made to Digital Frontier Foundation are considered final and non-refundable. As a
nonprofit
organization, we rely on the generosity of our supporters to carry out our mission. Once a donation has been
processed, we do not issue refunds, except in the rare case of:
- Duplicate transactions due to a technical error
- Unauthorized or fraudulent donation
If you believe you made a donation in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with
proof of
payment and an explanation.
